Terms and conditions for paradis du vélo cycling retreats

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your cycling retreat with Paradis du Vélo by booking a retreat with us. You agree to the following terms and conditions. 

1. Bookings and Payments
   1. Customers will, at the time of booking, make full payment to secure their place on a Paradis du Vélo cycling retreat.
   2. All payments must be made in the currency specified by Paradis du Vélo and can be made via bank transfer or credit card via the website.
   3. You will receive confirmation of your booking via email once payment is received.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
   1. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Paradis du Vélo in writing.
   2. The following cancellation charges may apply:
      1. Cancellations received more than 90 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
      2. Cancellations received more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
      3. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
   3. No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused portions of the retreat.
   4. The customer is entitled to a full refund of any payments made should Paradis du Vélo cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Health and Safety
   1. Cycling can be physically demanding and participants are responsible for ensuring that they are sufficiently fit and healthy to take part in the retreat.
   2. All participants are required to inform Paradis du Vélo of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements that may affect their participation in the retreat.
   3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate travel insurance that must include cover for cycling activities and any medical conditions and, or accidents.
4. Liability
   1. Activities will take place on public roads. Paradis du Vélo can not be held responsible or liable for any unforeseen incidents.
   2. Participation in cycling activities organised by Paradis du Vélo is entirely at the participant’s risk.
   3. Paradis du Vélo will not be liable for any loss, damage injury or death, resulting from participation in the retreat or events organised by Paradis du Vélo.
   4. Participants are responsible for their belongings and equipment during the retreat. Paradis du Vélo will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
5. Changes to Itinerary
   1. Paradis du Vélo reserves, the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, including routes, accommodation and activities, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (force majeure).
   2. In the event of significant changes to the retreat itinerary, Paradis du Vélo will make reasonable efforts to notify participants as soon as possible.
6. Conduct
   1. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectable and considerate manner towards other guests, staff and the property.
   2. Paradis du Vélo reserves the right to refuse or terminate accommodation to any guest who does not comply with these terms and conditions or whose conduct is deemed to be detrimental to the retreat.
7. Privacy Policy
   1. Paradis du Vélo respects the privacy of its guests and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without consent except as requested by law.
   2. By providing your personal information you consent to its use under our privacy policy.
   3. Paradis du Vélo reserves the right to have the sole use for promotional use only of any images taken on the retreat.
